The VTeCOACH project is all about trying to build a deeper understanding as to how we learn, how we work together in teams and how we can apply our creativity and innovation. The project brings together people from across different European education and training systems and research settings to share our experiences and visions.
We have developed this web application that combines a particular 360 degree approach to assessment together with a coaching methodology that works to help students and teachers, learners and mentors, practitioners and tutors to learn from each other.
Using a series of simple steps, this tool supports you to gain insights into your learning patterns, your teamwork capacities and your creative tendencies. The tool then provides you with analysis and with coaching resources to help you to plan your way to achieving new targets and goals.
